"Mute Swan"
A solitary mute swan glides gracefully amongst the thin layers of ice that still cling to the marsh, creating trails among the reeds.
Once mornings are warm enough, you can usually find me having breakfast at least once a week at one of my favorite spots, a secluded area of Cranberry Pond where swans, geese, and ducks nest. Our featured art for the month is an image of a mute swan patroling its' nesting territory.
